Introduction
Oregon has not enacted measures that specifically address the management of used and discarded equipment, beyond the adoption of the stateís universal waste rule.
In May 2002, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality adopted an interim policy concerning the recycling of equipment containing CRTs.
