Mexico - Hazardous Waste, Packaging and Labeling

Mexico City’s Secretary of the Environment recently presented its Green Plan, a fifteen year environmental regulatory roadmap for the Federal District. According to the Plan, the City intends to develop special regulations on packaging waste and joint public-private sector solutions for electric and electronic wastes and batteries.
