Hazardous WasteQuestion:The New York City Electronic Waste legislation requires manufacturers to submit recycling plans, which include the methods for return to "be convenient for residents of the city." The term "convenient" is not defined in the legislation. Has the Department of Sanitation promulgated any regulations or issued any guidance with respect to the definition of "convenient"? Answer:
