Restricted Substances OverviewQuestion:How are RoHS exemption revocation dates determined? I assume that the E.U. Technical Adaptation Committee does this in response to Oeko recommendations, but when do they do this, and how much time do they usually give industry to respond?
For example, in Oeko's 2007 report, they suggest revoking exemption 22 (RIG). When could I expect this to happen? Answer:
