Continuing on from the success of our pre-recorded EUP webinar series, this webinar covers J-MOSS, Japan’s upcoming labeling system that will come into force on July 1 2006. The Presenter is EIATRACK’s Japan advisor, Simon Hollander of Tokio Marine & Nichido Risk Consulting Co., Ltd.

The legislation will require the marking of many electronic products containing ROHS restricted substances including computers and televisions. Our webinar introduces aspects of J-MOSS such as background, decision making process and WTO notifications. Importantly, the webinar details the compulsory Content Mark and optional Green Mark that will be of interest to manufacturers selling these electronics in Japan.
